Gather and assemble online grocery orders efficiently, ensuring product freshness and quality. Process coupons and payments, load orders onto customer vehicles upon arrival, and maintain a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.

• Select and gather products for customers’ online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Complete selection process for online orders and assemble all items.
• Process coupons, payments, and load orders into customers’ cars.
• Scan and bag orders on the go, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones, and follow note section directions.
• Maintain quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls promptly.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from staging locations, ensure accuracy, and load into vehicles.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report pricing, scanning, and location discrepancies and invalid temperature issues to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and report items needing repair to the pickup supervisor or other store management.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
