As an Online Grocery Pick‑Up Clerk, you will select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner while maintaining freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, load orders into customer vehicles, and provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.

• Pick, pack, and deliver online grocery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Process coupons, payments, and point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Adhere to food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the e‑commerce supervisor.
• Assist in training new e‑commerce team members and maintain productivity standards.
• Provide support to customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.

• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Experience in personal shopping, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
• Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally.
