Job Overview
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick-up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Base pay range$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
