Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Their responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring order accuracy. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
