Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
