- If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have the Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and selecting the best‑quality products on the shop floor for online orders and preparing them for delivery.
- Using a handheld device that plans your route, the items to fetch and the time to complete each shop.
- Supporting the back‑end by processing orders, answering customer queries and loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
- Providing excellent customer support, answering questions and offering assistance proactively.
- Developing strong product knowledge, services and promotions to give recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as required.
