Base Pay Range

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
