• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately

• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets goals

• Participate in promotional activities and merchandising efforts

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
