Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
