• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, load orders into customers' cars.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas, and report discrepancies.
• Follow food safety procedures, state and federal laws, and company guidelines.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Provide positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
• Use a portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
• Ensure accuracy of order selection, scanning, and bagging, including following bagging standards.
• Adhere to productivity, quality, and safety standards set by the store.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment, manage conflict, and act with honesty and integrity.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
