Position

Junior Commercial Specialist 100%

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management to coordinate the commercial strategy across all brands within the portfolio
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analyses related to turnover, collections, specific products, campaigns, and events
  • Configure and update sales price lists for both retail stores and online channels; activate periodic promotions and discounts
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing materials for retail stores
  • Collaborate with the Communication and E-commerce departments to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel strategy aligned with monthly and annual growth goals
  • Communicate with the retail network to ensure stores are kept up to date on commercial initiatives
  • Monitor the goods delivery process to stores
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks and liaise with the Italian headquarters
Your Profile
  • Experience in sales and marketing activities, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
    German and French are considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively and manage projects independently
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a fast-learning and flexible mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
