Legit Grails is expanding its authentication team and looking for experienced professionals who treat authentication as a craft built on accuracy, consistency, and accountability.

• Authenticating luxury items based on images across multiple categories
• Working with categories such as handbags, jewelry, watches, and other luxury items
• Analyzing materials, construction, hardware, engravings, serials, and brand-specific indicators
• Regularly passing weekly and monthly internal tests to maintain consistently high accuracy

• Authenticators with proven, hands-on experience across luxury brands
• Specialists comfortable working across multiple categories, not limited to one niche
• Professionals who understand that accuracy is non-negotiable
• Availability to work in the second half of the day (CET) — between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM

• Experience training or mentoring other authenticators
• Background in building or improving authentication guidelines or workflows
• Education in fashion, luxury, or related fields

• Fully remote, image-based authentication work
• Clear quality standards and continuous skill validation
• A team environment focused on expertise, not shortcuts
• Long-term collaboration with a global authentication platform
