Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

- Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
- Raise and reserve sales orders.
- Closely monitor orders to ensure they meet the delivery SLA’s.
- Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns for orders.
- General administration and the day to day running of the lingerie department.
- Take ownership of the creation of our Monday trade packs.
- Assist the team to support with department KPI’s.
- Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
- Build strong relationships with our Partners.
- A passion for developing a career within Merchandising.
- Someone who is analytical and highly numerical.
- A good understanding of Excel, with a keen interest in developing your knowledge.
- An ability to pick up systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and customer service.
- Supportive, engaging, and willing to help your team.
- An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values.
