Overview
Store to Home Administrator (Part time – 14.75 hours per week, 6 month fixed‑term contract) at B&Q Lincoln.
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 5.00 am – 10.00 pm. UK notional hourly rate £12.71.

What’s the job?You’ll create a brilliant experience for every local customer who orders our products online. Working within our Store to Home delivery hub, you’ll collaborate with your hub team to process online orders, manage stock, maintain an accurate database of products and delivery schedules – plus you’ll support colleagues across your store to answer customer queries. In short, you’ll make sure our online customer experience and delivery service is the best it can be.

You’re great with numbers and spreadsheets to maintain data accuracy, and even better at working with people. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working, and you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
