Job Description

Work Hours: 25.50 hours per week.

Shifts:

Mon 15:00‑19:00;
Tue 10:00‑14:00;
Thu 08:00‑15:00;
Fri 12:00‑18:00;
Sat 10:00‑16:00.

As Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, achieving performance targets. The role is fast‑paced, varied, and rewarding. You will develop a high‑performing team, invest in your personal development, and enjoy flexible working options.

About the Role
  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercially efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems, driving the highest standards.
  • Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
About You
  • Passionate about customers, people and products; inspiring others with energetic approach.
  • Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment and adapts quickly to change.
  • Excellent communicator, calm and approachable under pressure, realistic expectations of others.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, decisive in business decisions, challenges processes and generates innovative ideas.
  • Confident dealing with people issues.
  • Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
  • Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
