Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Senior Retail Marketing Manager
.
Work Arrangement: This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.
The Senior Retail Marketing Manager will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The Senior Retail Marketing Manager executes collaborative marketing efforts with EMEA retail accounts for Callaway Golf and Odyssey. Through partnership with assigned accounts, develops and implements marketing strategies which ensure both Callaway and retailers’ needs are met while maximizing product exposure and creating premium consumer experiences. In charge of customer specific POP and POS needs, product sampling, promotional calendar management, product imagery for catalogues, on-line/database building and collaborative PR, digital and event marketing that maximizes sell through.
Works closely with regional field leads across EMEA to ensure best practice sharing and support from HQ. Acts as the liaison to assigned accounts as well as Design Operations, Merchandising and Sales departments to provide input regarding customer needs.
- Acting as the Marketing point of contact for key accounts - with a focus on top 20 accounts - including developing fully integrated co-marketing campaigns, collaborating on line plans, reviewing visual merchandising, developing trade promotions and campaigns
- Collaboration with U.S. teams and localisation of global retail campaigns for the European market
- Responsibility for visual merchandising strategy and in-store experience execution
- Define and implement digital retail marketing (PDP content, SEO, news and asset syndication)
- Performance analytics & ROI reporting for retail campaigns and trade investments
- Manage creation of retail materials for all product lines carried by assigned accounts
- Plan and activate retail events with assigned accounts, acting as link between sales and marketing teams
- Oversee in‑language customer catalogues, web layouts and campaigns – including development, review and recommendations about which Callaway products or programmes should be featured
- Own Callaway Assets channel and manage distribution
- Facilitate the implementation of trade promotions and campaigns including design and coordination
- Set up presentations in mock retail environments and help develop product flow plans based on accounts, environments and fixture programmes
- Manage of team including Retail Marketing Operations Manager, Key Accounts Executive and in house design team
- Manage department budgets and accounting procedures
- Manage vendor contracts and agreements
- Thorough understanding of retail channel marketing environment
