Your role in our shared journey  Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you ll contribute to our mission by delivering comprehensive financial strategies through merchandise and assortment planning whilst ensuring optimal product range balance across our stores.
You ll manage seasonal transitions, develop financial forecasts, and oversee inventory management to meet our commercial objectives, utilising your expertise in WSSI and OTB management to drive business growth.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your key responsibilities   Leading financial strategy and range planning to meet commercial objectives.
Balancing product assortments across multiple store concepts.
Analysing and forecast sales performance through WSSI management.
Monitoring stock levels and implement inventory control measures.
Executing markdown strategies and promotional activities.
Developing pre-season plans whilst managing seasonal transitions.
Overseeing in-season trading and adjust financial forecasts accordingly.
You have the following skills   Proven experience in WSSI planning and OTB management for retail operations.
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced numerical proficiency.
Extensive knowledge of seasonal merchandise planning and forecasting.
Proficient understanding of retail promotions and markdown strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory across multiple store concepts.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate strategical decisions at all levels
