Position: Regional (Senior) Visual Merchandising Executive, APAC

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional (Senior) Visual Merchandising Executive, APAC. As a key member of the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising ecosystem, this role is responsible for translating L’OCCITANE Group brands’ vision and DNA into impactful and commercially effective environments across the APAC region.

The role requires close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial/Sales teams, as well as global and regional stakeholders, to ensure store designs support brand strategy, business growth, and evolving consumer expectations.

What you will do:

Reports to Regional VM Manager, to support in all relevant regional visual merchandising campaign and activities including pop up events.
Conceptualize & develop launch campaign visual merchandising guidelines in line with the brand directive.
Develop innovative VM ideas to drive brand engagement and amplify sustainability story telling instore.
Ensure the VM objectives are met with high execution at corporate and brand standard for every distribution.
Guide local market VM to ensure compliance of brand guidelines and strategy as part of 360 customer experience journey.
Partner with Regional Store design team on new store openings
Provide regional VM guidelines and planograms, openings and major initiatives where required.
Work closely with various internal departments & external suppliers to ensure qualitative execution of VM projects.
Collaborate with local teams to develop seasonal and promotional campaigns throughout the year when required.
Complete design projects within tight deadline and estimated budget.
Research and analyse global retail and VM trends to continuously elevate in-store execution and customer experience.

What we are looking for:

Relevant qualification in visual merchandising, design, visual communication, multimedia design or a related design course of study
Min. 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetic industry
Creative flair with a good eye for details
Interest in Retail, Architecture, and Fashion trends.
Expert in Sketch Up, delivering high-impact 3D visual merchandising campaign layouts, from window displays to immersive in-store experiences.
Highly motivated with an intellectual curiosity to take up new challenges.
A good team player that’s possess excellent communication, negotiation and collaborating skills.
Positive mindset & attitude, with effective problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure within tight timeline & budget.
Proficiency in spoken & written English, knowing Chinese will be a plus.
