Online Specialist - Delivery & Amazon Operations South

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Specialist, covering Online Store Pick, Deliveroo and Morrisons on Amazon store operation. Working within our Online team,
you will be field based in the Home Counties and East Anglia Regions.

In this role you will help stores to improve performance and support our expansion. This will include coaching on store visits and analysing data to help identify opportunities. Good organisational and communication skills are essential.

You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including Store Teams, Store Management Teams, Regional Managers, Head Office and Amazon and Deliveroo’s own operations team.

Ideally, applicants will live within the geographical area.
There may also be times when you would need to travel further and stay overnight 2-3 days a week depending on business needs.

You’ll be responsible for things like this:

• Drive understanding of all of the Morrisons Online channels to create a depth of knowledge.
• Improve performance metrics - working alongside the Groups management team.
• Commercial impact - increase and demonstrate to store teams ways in which Morrisons can be commercially beneficial. Identifying ways to increase sales.
• Liaise with Amazon and Immediacy operations team
• Working with Morrisons store teams, to understand how we can deliver a better service to our customers.
• Be part of the expansion plan, supporting new stores opening across the Home Counties and East Anglia Region.
