Position: Assistant Store Manager Cressex (N114689)

38 hours per week. Shift times:
Sun 10:00‑17:30;
Mon 12:00‑20:30;
Wed 08:45‑17:15;
Thu 11:45‑20:15;
Fri 08:45‑17:15.

The Assistant Store Manager maximises sales, drives efficiencies, and achieves performance targets by leading and inspiring a high‑performing team. The role is fast‑paced and rewarding, centred on people and continuous development.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring the team to be at their best, and cover the store when required.
  • Create an atmosphere that prioritises excellent service, performance targets, and accurate stock processes within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
  • Take a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
