About the Role

We are recruiting for a Demand Planning Assistant on a permanent basis, to support demand planning accuracy and stock optimisation across Harrods’ dynamic and fast‑paced Fragrance category.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of demand and fulfilment plans across stores, online and regional sites.
  • Manage and maintain accurate replenishment and master data within SAP.
  • Produce and analyse key reports covering forecast accuracy, availability, stock and replenishment performance.
  • Support promotional, launch, discontinuation and aged‑stock forecasting in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Assist with stock management activities including deliveries, purchase orders, transfers and return‑to‑vendor processes.

You will thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, bringing a highly organised, analytical approach and a strong attention to detail to everything you do. You will be confident working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and pace. You will enjoy collaborating across teams, communicating clearly and building strong relationships to support business performance.

You will also demonstrate a proactive mindset, taking ownership of tasks and contributing ideas to improve ways of working.

Qualifications
  • Passion and interest for luxury fragrance.
  • Experience in a demand planning, merchandising, buying, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and high‑level Excel capability.
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Hybrid Working

The role may be fully on‑site or a mix of on‑site and home working (hybrid). Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
