Position: Retail Sales Associate (Full / Part Time)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associate (Full/Part Time) to join our team. In this position, you will be the face of our brand in retail outlets, helping customers make informed decisions about healthcare and medical technology products. You will assist with sales, provide product guidance, and ensure a positive shopping experience, while maintaining high standards of visual merchandizing and store presentation.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer focused, enthusiastic, and enjoy interacting with the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve KPI set by management

  • Attend to walk-in customers and enquiries in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

  • Provide accurate product information, demonstrations, and usage guidance for healthcare / medical devices (e.g. CGM, home medical equipment).

  • Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and explain benefits clearly.

  • Processing customer transactions accurately

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist customers with product-related issues when required.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and proper display of products.

  • Monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.

  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store

  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary

  • Comply with company SOPs, healthcare regulations, and PDPA requirements.

  • Work closely with team members and support ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting officer

Requirements
  • Able to work 5.5/6 days’ work week (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Working Hours:

    11am to 8pm (Retail store) or 9am to 6pm (Hospital Pharmacy)

  • Minimum N/O level, ITE, Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or related field.

  • Prior retail experience is an advantage but not required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Ability to multitask, work under stress, and handle customer issues calmly.

  • Customer-orientated mindset with a passion for helping others.
