* What you will do:

* · Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
· Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
· Greet customers at the service center.
· Accompany clients according to there needs.
· Complete billing
· Support technicians during the installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars
· Ensure customer satisfaction at every steps
· Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment – health and well-being of our employees is important to us!
** What you’ll need?*
* · A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset
· Hold a valid drivers’ license
· Previous experience within the automotive industry is an asset
· Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km
** Range of pay for a Retail Operations Assistant  is between $23.90 - $25.20 per hour.
*** Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay.  Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months
