Ecommerce Coordinator
The E-commerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce operations, with a strong focus on promotion setup, QA, and issue resolution in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This role ensures the online storefront is accurate, promotions launch on time, and customers have a smooth path-to-purchase across all fulfillment options.
Working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Service, the Coordinator helps resolve issues quickly, maintain efficient ecommerce processes, and support peak promotional periods.
Duties and Responsibilities- Build and QA ecommerce promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including discounts, coupons, bundles, and featured product offer.
- Validate pricing, messaging, and promo logic prior to launch; troubleshoot and resolve promo issues quickly.
- Maintain promotion calendars, launch checklists, and documentation.
- Perform daily site checks to ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, shipping rules, and onsite content.
- Investigate and resolve site issues impacting conversion and customer experience; elevate and track issues via Jira.
- Support omnichannel order and fulfillment issue resolution (delivery, ship-to-home, BOPIS) in partnership with Customer Service and Operations.
- Monitor inventory and availability impacts on ecommerce performance and recommend improvements.
- Support peak promotional periods through testing, monitoring, and incident response.
- Track promo performance and operational metrics; maintain SOPs and QA documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple promotions and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven troubleshooting mindset and comfort working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI).
- Retail ecommerce experience in high-promotion, large-catalog environments (pet, grocery, or specialty retail an asset).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations.
- Experience working in an ecommerce platform, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Experience with omnichannel fulfillment and ecommerce QA processes.
- Must be bilingual in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- The expected salary for this position is between $52,000-$58,240. The total compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional Information:
