Customer Assistant - Online

Overview

We are looking for friendly, customer‑focused individuals to join our Online team, where you will pick and pack customer orders for delivery or collection. The role is fast‑paced, structured and involves using in‑store technology to accept orders, locate products, and prepare them for delivery quickly and carefully.

• Pick and pack customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Use in‑store technology to accept orders and locate the correct items.
• Prepare orders for delivery or collection, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Provide support to other parts of the store, such as replenishment and customer service, as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Friendly and helpful approach with a strong customer focus.
• Enjoy staying active and being hands‑on.
• Ability to work well in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following established processes.
• Enjoys helping customers and resolving their queries.
• Must be over the school leaver's age; some roles also require you to be over 18 due to health and safety.
