We're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our growing team in Bristol. At eXPD8, you'll help bring campaigns to life for leading brands and major UK retailers, supporting the delivery of high-quality in-store execution while building the foundations of your career.

About the roleThis is an entry‑level role within our Client Services team, focused on providing essential administrative support to ensure client campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams and field merchandisers, helping coordinate activity, manage information, and keep everything running on track.

Hybrid – 2 days in our Bristol Head Office, 3 days working from home

- Act as a key point of contact for client and merchandiser queries via phone and email
- Create clear and engaging briefs for merchandisers based on client requirements
- Support campaign delivery by scheduling activity through internal systems
- Prepare reports by reviewing and collating campaign data
- Develop instructions, questionnaires, and briefing documents for field teams
- Ensure merchandisers have everything they need to complete tasks successfully
- Monitor completed work, checking for accuracy and compliance
- Flag issues and resolve queries quickly to keep campaigns on track
- Strong IT literacy, particularly across Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- A willingness to learn advanced Excel skills (such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
- Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to build a career, not just find a job
- Interest in retail and how in-store execution drives results
