• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising and trade marketing within the Retail and FMCG sectors,
• Knowledge of launch processes and in‑store applications,
• Strong command of planogram management and visual merchandising processes,
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Plan, follow up and manage all launch processes end‑to‑end in line with the global marketing calendar,
• Create and operationally coordinate module shipment planning processes.

• Ensure the planning and implementation of additional display areas,
• Organize the planning and execution of in-store visual changes,
• Plan new product display applications and ensure their proper implementation in the field.
• Ensure that all merchandising materials required for launch processes, such as stands, visuals, secondary displays, etc., are prepared on time and in full.

• Periodically follow up and report the merchandising budget,
• Develop and implement actions to ensure cost optimization,
• Actively contribute to budget management processes.

• Manage global planograms and monitor the compliance of field applications with defined standards,
• Ensure the full implementation of the global merchandising guideline in the field.

• Guide field teams and regularly follow up on applications,
• Provide training support when necessary and contribute to the development of teams,
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes by providing data support when needed.
