This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £50,000.00 per annum. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the UK Accounting Manager with accurate financial reporting and compliance across 4 UK entities.

Support month end close and preparation of management accounts

Prepare and post journals including prepayments, depreciation, payroll, and accruals

Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and fixed asset registers

Assist with VAT returns, statutory audits, and tax calculations

Ensure compliance with HMRC, ONS, and internal controls

Support finance projects and provide assistance to AP/ARProfile

Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail

Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

Proficient in Excel Clear communicator with good stakeholder skillsAAT Level 4 or part qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Previous experience in finance or audit
