Retail Merchandiser

Position: Retail Merchandiser - Hybrid Role
Join Hallmark Canada as a Retail Merchandiser in a hybrid part-time capacity based in Dartmouth, NS. This role combines product merchandising with effective inventory management across multiple retail locations.

In this position, you will support the field merchandising team by effectively managing product displays and maintaining inventory levels in pharmacy and grocery environments. Strong communication with the Territory Manager ensures that all store standards are met, and flexibility in handling seasonal demands is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee merchandising tasks in assigned retail accounts

• Conduct regular service visits to maintain product displays

• Follow established merchandising plans and productivity guidelines

• Assist during peak seasons and fill-in for vacant accounts

• Foster strong relationships with account management for smooth operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is mandatory

• Retail experience is beneficial

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong smartphone knowledge and email management is needed

• Adaptable to changing job site conditions
