Coordinator O2O; Online to Offline Operation

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in retail, F&B, or logistics, particularly in areas involving both online and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of offline store operations and digital ecosystem (e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery platforms).
• Proven experience in managing cross‑functional teams (store staff, riders, supervisors).
• Solid analytical skills, especially in reviewing sales data and financial reports.
• Proficient in spreadsheet tools, POS systems, and reporting software.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes.

• Manage store Juicible & Imperfashion stores.
• Supervise and enhance the performance of Tip Hub Juicible Keliling.
• Handle petty cash and consolidate financial reports.
• Analyze sales and operational performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to implement O2O promotions and programs.
• Oversee human resource operations for stores and hub.
• Act as a liaison between central management and field operations.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels.
