Overview
Customer Services Assistant
- Burton Area (Band
2) with Adult Social Care Customer Service Centre responsibilities. The role supports the Customer Service Functions handling call traffic into the Customer Service Centre for Adult Social Care services, including Mental Health and Older People and Physical Disability/Sensory service provision. The post holder will be the first point of contact, connecting callers to practice teams and associated services.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (hours and pattern negotiable; base & home working may be available).

The post holder will undertake general office duties and provide comprehensive administrative and business support to meet service needs, including data input, data cleansing, maintaining records, and supporting social workers. They will communicate information and advice to enable teams to achieve operational excellence via Pathway support.
The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team, handling all call traffic and supporting the services across assigned Social Care Pathways.
Main duties of the jobAll posts require suitable candidates who possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, IT skills (including data entry, and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel), and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. The post holder will be expected to behave in a way aligned to the Partnership Trust values:
