Hoogvliet Supermarkten zoekt een HR Business Partner Winkels die samen met regio-collega’s verantwoordelijk is voor circa 6.000 collega’s. Je werkt nauw samen met de Directeur Winkeloperatie en 6 Rayonmanagers en brengt visie en uitvoering samen: HR-beleid, staffing en projecten dragen direct bij aan onze winkelorganisatie.
Je combineert strategisch denken met hands-on uitvoering, schakelt tussen HR MT en winkelmanagers en blijft pragmatisch in de uitvoering.
