Customer Assistant - Online

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection. You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll use in-store technology to accept orders, locate products, and prepare them for quick delivery. You’ll also support other parts of the store, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as needed.

We’re looking for people who are equally passionate about putting customers first. The following characteristics are important:

• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves to help support customers and resolve their queries

Qualified candidates must be over the school leaver’s age. Some roles require you to be over 18 due to health and safety considerations.
