Online Assistant – Part Time (Cobham Store)

Rate: £13.23 per hour

Location: Cobham Store, Cobham, KT11 1HW

Hours: 12 hours per week

Shift hours: 4‑8am, 3 days a week (1 weekend day required). Early shift: 04:00 – 08:00.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for online orders, and provide substitutions where out of stock.
• Use a handset to plan your route around the store, managing time for each selection.
• Work behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders and help load vans for Home Delivery drivers.
• Provide excellent customer support and proactively offer help.
• Build product knowledge, services and promotions to give recommendations.
• Work flexibly across the store as required.

Requirements:

• Age 18+ if shifts are earlier than 6am or later than 11pm.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

• Night shift premium: £2.45 extra per hour worked between midnight and 5am.
• Discount card – 10% off at Sainsbury’s, Argos, Tu, and Habitat after four weeks, increasing to 15% on Fridays and Saturdays.
