Tranmere Rovers FC in Birkenhead is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the Club Shop, Ecommerce, Reception and Ticket Office, including matchdays. You will motivate the shop, reception and ticketing staff and manage day-to-day operations to drive service and sales.
The role covers stock control, online orders, merchandising, ticketing across all areas, and ensuring accuracy of reports. A proactive leader with strong Excel skills and Budget awareness is essential.
