Role Overview

We are looking for a Stock Team Member to work 10.50hrs per week across Mon, Wed, and Fri from 07:00 to 10:30. In this fast‑paced store team, your main focus will be to locate, pack, and promptly process stock, ensuring it is beautifully presented for online customers. When on the salesfloor, excellent customer service skills are required. We invest in your development from day one and offer flexible working options.

• Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of the store.
• Meet deadlines to consistently deliver to customers at the promised time.
• Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organised.
• Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
• Collaborate with the store team and report to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

• Good communication skills, friendly, calm and efficient even on busy days.
• Accurate, thorough and well‑organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Take pride in work and approach tasks with energy, pace and dedication.
• Capable of working independently to achieve performance targets.
• Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for team members and customers.
