Shift & Working Hours

14.75 hours per week; shifts Mon 11:30–16:00, Wed 11:30–17:45, Fri 11:30–16:00.

As part of a fast‑paced store team, your top priority is to process products efficiently so they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When on the sales floor you will showcase outstanding customer service skills.

• Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
• Ensure all stock is gorgeously presented and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly.
• Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised.
• Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
• Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
