Online Merchandiser - Retail - Up to £40k

Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for an Online Merchandiser to join their rapidly growing team.

The role is paying between £35k to £40k, plus benefits, and will be based in an office in Sussex 3 days a week with 2 days working from home. You must be able to go into the office a minimum of 3 days a week as there is no flexibility on this.

You will be highly analytical and will be responsible for a number of brands. You will have experience of managing stock levels, merchandising websites in order to increase ROI, and will be able to work with digital marketing teams in order to better drive and optimise sales.

You will be responsible for the online merchandising strategy and execution, managing stock profit margins. Experience with Shopify would be beneficial. You will need experience with forecasting and presenting insights, and reporting on a daily and weekly basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to work with the digital marketing team to manage the marketing calendar and optimise product launches, along with seasonal campaigns.

Ideally you will have experience working within eCommerce and within a small to medium sized business. It is a very autonomous role, however you must be able to work well within a team and be proactive and analytical in nature.
