We’re looking for a Junior Food service Category Manager to support a busy UK food-to-go and beverage category. You’ll turn data into useful insight, help shape commercial decisions and take ownership of projects that genuinely improve performance.

What you’ll be doing

* Analysing sales and KPI performance

* Spotting trends, gaps and commercial opportunities

* Reviewing promotions and category performance

* Supporting new products, pricing and promotional activity

* Owning improvement projects from start to finish

* Working with suppliers and teams across Marketing, Loyalty, Sales and Operations

* Keeping an eye on competitors and the wider UK retail market

What we’re looking for

* Experience or knowledge of food-to-go and/or beverages

* Experience working with retailer or customer data

* Strong Excel skills

* A good analytical eye and attention to detail

* Confidence communicating your findings

* The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment

* An interest in using technology and AI to improve the way things are done
