Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Assistant to support online orders, pick items from the shop floor, and substitute when needed. You’ll use a handheld device to plan routes, pace tasks, and ensure timely deliveries. You’ll also handle order processing and assist with van loading while delivering excellent customer service.
Shifts start early and require energy and reliability; training will cover product knowledge, promotions, and digital tools to support a seamless customer experience.
