• Provide expert beauty and wellness consultations to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their individual needs, skin types, and preferences.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding product usage, allergies, or satisfaction concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches, beauty trends, and brand promotions to effectively advise customers.
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system.

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor , esthetician, makeup artist, or in a similar customer-facing beauty role.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and wellness products and trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote setting.
