About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Retail Operations Support Specialist to join their distributed team, providing essential support to retail operations across various regions, including East London. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for assisting store teams with operational queries, implementing company-wide initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily retail processes. - Provide remote technical and operational support to retail store teams via phone, email, and chat.
