Roles and Responsibilities
Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.

Execute plan-o-grams and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.

Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.

Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.

Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are:
You have 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.

You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.

You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.

You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Travel Requirements
You'll spend around 85% of your time on the road , visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required) and 15% in your home office.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 20 lbs  and stay active on your feet for up  to5 hours  at a time.

Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
