About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support their operations in Richards Bay . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all retail activities across multiple store locations. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing operational processes, and supporting store teams to achieve performance goals. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining crucial operational oversight in the Kwa Zulu-Natal region.

• Coordinate the implementation of operational policies and procedures across all retail outlets.
• Manage and track inventory movements, including transfers between stores and warehouse logistics.
• Support store teams with operational queries, troubleshooting issues related to systems and processes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of store audits and compliance checks.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Proven experience in a retail operations or administrative support role.
