About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and analytical Senior Retail Merchandiser to join their team in Centurion . This role is responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales across various retail platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and buying teams to ensure product placement, store layout, and visual displays align with brand identity and sales objectives.

This hybrid position allows for both in-person collaboration and remote strategic planning, offering a balanced approach to optimizing retail environments and captivating target audiences through compelling visual narratives and product presentation.

• Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising plans for in-store and online retail channels.
• Create visually appealing product displays, store layouts, and window designs to attract customers and maximize sales potential.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and product placement.
• Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product promotions and brand messaging.
• Train and guide store staff on merchandising standards and visual execution.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging visual merchandising techniques.

• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful merchandising projects and store designs.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate visual strategies effectively.
