Retail Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize retail operations across multiple locations. This role involves a blend of remote strategic planning and on-site oversight, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a consistent brand experience. You will work closely with store managers, supply chain, and marketing teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all retail locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Train and mentor store managers and staff on operational best practices, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple store locations and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain principles, and retail financial metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to various store locations as part of the hybrid work model.
