Fella & Jones are partnering with an exciting high-growth fashion brand delivering double-digit growth across its global channels. With plans to expand from 11 to more than 35+ stores internationally, the business is looking for a commercially minded planner to shape how stock is bought, allocated and traded across stores and online.

This role brings together branch planning and online merchandising. You’ll build opening stock packages for new stores, optimise ranges for different locations and customers, and use trading data to make the most of stock across full-price, outlet and ecommerce channels.

The role
  • Plan stock and ranges across stores and online, balancing availability, sales and margin.
  • Build tailored opening stock packages as the international store portfolio grows.
  • Manage store grading, clustering, space planning, allocation and replenishment.
  • Trade full-price and outlet stores in season, identifying opportunities and risks early.
  • Analyse online performance, availability and product trends, and recommend actions to improve D2C sales.
  • Recommend stock movements and rebalancing across channels to maximise sales and reduce terminal stock.
  • Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Retail, Operations and Logistics.
  • Improve reporting and planning processes as the business scales.
About you
  • Strong experience in branch merchandising, store planning, D2C planning or online merchandising within fashion or a related consumer sector.
  • A track record of trading stock commercially across stores and ecommerce.
  • Sound knowledge of stock packages, allocation, replenishment, grading and in-season trading.
  • Experience with full-price and outlet stores; international retail exposure would be a strong advantage.
  • Confidence using data to make decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing business.

This is an opportunity to have a real say in how an ambitious brand plans and trades its expanding international store portfolio and online business.
