Sr Visual Merchandiser Consultant

Are you a visionary creative who knows how to turn retail shelves into captivating brand experiences? We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Merchandising Manager with deep beauty or skincare roots to lead our in-store strategy and drive sell-through at major retail partners.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of all visual merchandising assets, temporary displays, and permanent fixtures across retail channels.

Own and optimize planogram strategy, ensuring brand consistency, product accessibility, and maximal visual impact in stores.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align merchandising plans with promotional calendars, product launches, and retail partner guidelines.

Direct the production and rollout of retail displays, managing vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications:

7+ years of visual merchandising experience.

Extensive experience working with beauty or skincare brands.

ULTA Beauty experience highly preferred (working knowledge of ULTA fixture systems, planograms, and brand standards).Proven track record of managing end-to-end retail merchandising rollouts in major national beauty retailers.

Proficiency in the following tools:
Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch Up, plannogramming tools like IWD.
