Job Description:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Retail Manager will ensure that all customers who enter the store are professionally assisted with the purchase of eyewear. This leadership role encompasses sales, merchandising, and customer experience, as well as some administrative responsibilities.

• Store Presence:
  Ensure a manager or designated lead associate is on duty at all times.
• Performance Management:
  Ensure all employees use the "lifestyle" selling approach. Maintain store sales goals at or above company standards.
• Patient Relations:
  Ensure total patient satisfaction and resolve any patient complaints.
• Policy Enforcement:
  Act as Eyemart's ambassador by following and enforcing all company policies.
• Inventory Control:
  Receive stock, maintain proper merchandising, conduct monthly inventory.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience working in the optical industry is preferred.
