Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Online Manager in Penrith to lead our online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both online and in-store customers. You will be visible on the floor, coaching shoppers and drivers and collaborating with other store managers to drive performance.
You’ll manage early-morning schedules (often 04:00–08:00), deliver excellent customer service, hit KPIs, and handle people management including performance and absence.
